You play Catherine and every spring you visit Princess of Shangri La, your Friend to celebrate the Flower Holiday.

This year Snow Fox, an evil wizard destroyed the palace and cast a spell to make the country frozen.

Your here to join in the town into breaking the curse and restore the country as it once was by repairing roads, collecting food, wood and gold, avoiding dragons and wizards, repairing homes, and upgrading saw mills and mines.

You go through 48 levels receiving rewards and collecting things from the flying dragon.  Your given a task and don't worry about the timer because you should have plently of time to finish each level.

Tip:  Deal with the dragon because later you can click on the wizard even with his shield in place.

Info:  After level 48 go to the MAP and you have 4 bonus screen you can play.

Supermarket Mania

You're help running a grocery store by restocking the merchandise and making sure the little mom and pop store can still compete against the mean corporation store that's trying to put them out of business.

The only major downside of this game is once you purchase all the upgrades you have the cash, but there is nothing to purchase to help you out.

Other from that ~ it's certainly an addictive game with a basic comic ending setting it up for a sequel perhaps in another country.

Your running a store in a great big department store starting off from a shack and you're determined to make things better.

You deal with replacing stock or the customers complain not having the item, helpless grandma's who forgot what they went in to buy for, kids leaving mud prints and rich ladies who don't mind spending, but easily get offended by dirty foot prints, and the typical robbers.

It might be more helpful if the upgrades were at a more responsible price to help get the upgrade, but you can always go back to former days to gather more cash.

Beach Party Craze

Your Maria helping out a Friend whose in competition to keep her job at this resort by winning the Beach Management Contest.  The opponent  is the best Friends ex, Kyle.

You must try to beat the competition by serving drinks, meals, and extras such as toys, shirts, and carnival rides.

There are 4 additional spots you can play that mostly is done for fun and even if you finish the game you can't see the ending cartoon after the first time, but you can play the last game over and over as many times as you want.

Best advice?  (See red arrow) get the Management team as soon as you can in the game play because in the long run they can handle most of the hard work where you won't have to do much, but click and concentrate on the next customer.

It is a fast paced (20 levels) story and you can replay the last one over and over when you win.

This is a mind bending and overall thinking game where you play our HERO who landed on our Hamlet and must find a way to save his gal to keep history the way it was before his appearance.

There is no mini-game that you can't solve where there are only two or three clickable items, but the final one where you face the villian you may want to peek at a walkthrough.

Your favorite professor is getting sick and millions will follow if The Fountain of Youth isn't found to stop it!  Lucky for your character your grandmother had a map to the location.

 

Unfortunately you have to travel through several levels of gems collecting to do it.  Now this isn't your ordinary set of three gem collecting game.  Some of the frames the gems hang on are different shapes and only slide one way or another.

 

For those who want to keep their mind sharp when your done doing the New York Crossword Puzzle (in ink) then go ahead and pick up this little addictive game.


Advice:  Choose your upgrades wisely.

For an adventure that never seems to end and you don't want it too because its not a over and over the same constant thing in each scene this is a little out there.

 

Aliens, time travel, and 2 wonderful and crazy characters to boot!

 

Your off to stop aliens from going back in time and taking us over.  Simple, but some of the puzzles and finding some of the hidden items are not so clear.  So enjoy the 'HINT' button in this game.  But more importantly, enjoy the wacky between the characters!

This is a sequel to 'Alabama Smith in Escape from Pompeii' where we continue to venture into the past to help explain it in the future.

There is an alternative version to the game after you run the entire game once through.

The only true hard puzzle is when you reach the labyrinth.  All other places you can use the 'HINT' button, but just think it though and you won't need to press it as often as you think.

This is has become one of the most addictive games I have come acrossed in a long time.  Your inproving your farm by aligning jewels with different levels of tasks in later frames, such as removing food trucks from the row of items or even gold pieces.

The downside of the game is first you can't change up the dog and cats once you choose, there is nothing to click on once you upgraded you pieces of the farm, and the game continues even after you collected all the items.

Will creating this Zoo make Daddy see that his little girl has matured and will it give the woman a sense of herself?

Mirror Mysteries

What can you say about a mini-adventure where a mirror holds your children, Tommy and Charlotte, hostage until you repair the damage they did to eight mirrors?

I expected it to have an overall puzzle after clearing single rooms to get puzzles, but it didn't happen.

It was nice that when your room is clear of puzzles you can solve the game tells you to check out other rooms to finish them. Also the graphics and characters inside the mirrors were amazing drawn.

One bizarre dream. You’ll understand that statement at the end of the game.

Escape The Museum 2

I have never played the original, but if its anything like two I just might seek it out.

You’re a husband and father who wakes from a nap by an earthquake to search for a way to reach his Family trapped at the museum.

David is like a mini-MacGyver which you must locate and them use the items on your way to your home to the museum.

Now two things. One your character already learned that the wife, Susan and kid Caitlin are fine, but you refuse to listen and go on your journey anyway. And two you have high blood pressure so your to watch your stress level.

Also you complete side tasks, but don’t worry they all work out thanks to your skills and your hobo Friend with the hints.

Princess Isabella: A Witch’s Curse

You travel room to room locating items and performing tasks that will lift the curse by location. You have a trusty Fairy for help and help her gather her own abilities of the element, such as fire, rock, ect.

There is one tricky part of the movie of a hidden room off the ‘Dining Area’ where you play a puzzle game.

Most of the games or simple, but you have trouble you can ‘Skip’ thanks to your Fairy Friend.

Empress of the Deep

Paranormal Adventures: The Ultimate Collection

Three hidden object games in one pack.

Stray Souls: This is your typical kid with powers gets kidnapped by crazy clown. Your assembling a dollhouse as the search for answers to get further clues to your success. There are several steps you could do in the same scene, but your taken to two locations to do it extending the time wasting.

Ghost Whisperer: A Brush With Death is a game based on the TV show and again its a game where you have to read the conversation on the screen to follow the storyline. We have basically every TV characters in the story and overall it was a good back story. Perhaps tears would have come if there was voice at the conclusion, but no emotional fall out. The view is like watching cardboard.

Enigmatis: This is the best of the three. Not only because of the voice added, but because of the adventure. Your sent to this sleepy town called Maple Creek and your thrown investigating kidnapping and gets town folks turned into zombies, a preacher that's suspect, a former investigator with an agenda, and your life is also in danger.

Even though this ends in a 'to be continued' I didn't mind based on the adventure so far and the former dectectives back story added after you complete the game.

Soul Journey

This is a typical hide & seek game with the mini twist that you play several characters as you search.

That’s right thanks to the overflow tub and a misplaced hairdryer you’ve landed in limbo.

Now according to your personal Angel explaining how Heaven is overfilled now you go on journey to keep you busy until you learn your fate.

Will you live? Will you die?

Some of the items are blended so well into the background you swear even after getting the ‘hint’ of their locations there is no way you’d be able to ‘see’ them.

The story continues along having you want to know what person or animal you will be next within about 20 levels.

Fun, but hard sometimes to locate items.

Gourmania 2: Great Expectations

You work through Joe’s Burgers and West Café, in the USA.

But wait there is more!

You then travel to France & The Maldives! Where the Bon Café and Tropical Café awaits.

But wait there is more!

There is also a ‘bad guy’ who is trying to steal all you worked for as a small plot twist.

You do some purchasing of improvement products, so some cleaning and keep track of your financial report to the very end.

You have a choice to play in timed or relaxed mode. If your easily frustrated or want to get to the ‘Grand Café’ sooner you may want to play the ‘relaxed mode’

Twisted Lands: Insomniac & Twisted Lands: Shadow Town

Twisted Lands: InsomniacThis game has a lot of minor flaws one being you don’t run right into a story worth understanding and why would someone tie down a person in a mental hospital by their feet and ignore their hands too?

Anyway this game has a lot of mini movie flashbacks that create a story of a women with no memory of her past, but wanting to avoid a lobotomy so she is on the run.

Twisted Lands: Shadow Town

This maybe considered a precursor to the Twisted Lands: Insomniac story about lizard people, disappearance of townsfolk, and a mysterious tree that is poisonous.

If you can get them in a combo pack for a low price they are pretty easy to maneuver and with a mystery ‘hint’ mirror there is NO way you can get lost.

Mystery Legends: The Phantom of the Opera

You play in the role of the daughter of the great Opera singer, and Phantom obsession Christine and Raoul.

You must travel through rooms clearing objectives and solving clues to escape the opera house to freedom.

The art work is fantastic and story line really sets an interesting twist that would make an great set up for a sequel to the original movie.

You will appreciate the use of the ‘Hint’ mirror guide as some of the hidden objects you must seek is well hidden and you will learn to enjoy the various elevator rides you must take to complete the game.

The hidden objects are fairly easy to find and the clues will be reviewed in your ‘Journal’ in case you loose track.

There is an additional bonus game that you can play after the main game ends.

For the price it, the storyline, and the overall day it took me to complete it into the night, it was worth the wild to purchase.

Magic Encyclopedia Trilogy

This PC game is 3 in one! It details an adventure of a girl named Catherine (one game she’s Katherine) that goes to a magic school. That’s right it’s like Nancy Drew meets Harry Potter storyline.

First Story: Is the story there is a twist at the end, but the threat of the destruction of the planet by Dragons are real.

In Moonlight: We continue to a another story, with the same cast, to track down and stop a power hungry werewolf.

In Illusions: Power driver professors continue as he wants to change everything into illusions to the vision of humans.

For the price of $9.99 this is certainly a point and click hidden items search and use the items in the proper way is enjoyable and will last entire weekend to complete.

Additionally, beautifully done comic style interactions between locations and places that included from Egypt, Sea and a darken cave.

Vampire Saga - Pandora's Box

Your watching the back story from Grandpa about a mystery artifact that was being shipped from Spain to the States. A deadly weapon in the war. A weapon whose thirst for blood can wipe out thousands.

The story is interesting and the hide-go-seek items were semi-difficult to locate, but good game.

Can’t wait for the next installment.

Minds Eye: Secrets of the Forgotten

This is more than just a basic who did it.

I am a fan of the Sherlock Holmes series due to its graphics and logical puzzles you must solve. Also I’ve slowly became fascinated with the detective himself.

If you have days to solve all the puzzles to solve the case then this is for you.

The outcome its proven of ‘who-did-it’, but the story will keep you engrossed into finding out who the producers of the PC DVD game thinks it is.

You can find cheat codes online if you need them, but the challenge is worth the $19.99 price.

The Hardy Boys: The Hidden Theft

I love cooking simulation games (sim games in general w/upgrades), and it took the longest to play as you seek out the ingredients to put the order together. Your upgraded in products and to the next restaurant. You need big money to get to the Grand restaurant.

Fast Food, Retro, Sushi Bar, Pizza, Bowling, Topic, Coffee and then the Grand restaurant.

Try to get to expert mode, which is easy once you play ‘goal’ mode.
